"Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

"Bestari Tech" / "we" / "us" means Bestari Tech, a registered business operating from Level 5, Shaftsbury Square, Persiaran Multimedia, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

"Course" means any of the online learning programmes offered by Bestari Tech, including Programming for AI, Applied Machine Learning, and Language Models and Applications.

"User" / "you" means any person who accesses our website, submits an enquiry, or enrols in a Course.

"Content" means all course material, exercises, worked examples, tutor notes, and other resources provided by Bestari Tech.

By submitting an enquiry, completing enrolment, or accessing Course material, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in a Course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under Malaysian law.

Bestari Tech provides online AI development courses delivered via our digital platform. Courses consist of structured weekly study material, exercises, tutor feedback, and in some cases a mentored project. Course details — including duration, content scope, and prerequisites — are set out on our website and may be discussed with us before enrolment.

Courses are open to learners in Malaysia and internationally, subject to payment processing capability. We reserve the right to limit availability to particular regions if operational constraints require it.

Course availability is subject to cohort scheduling. We will communicate confirmed start dates following enrolment.

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information during enrolment and for keeping that information current.

Access credentials to Course material are personal to you and must not be shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we have reason to believe access credentials are being shared or misused.

You agree to use our services in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Share course material, exercises, or worked examples with persons not enrolled in the Course
• Submit work for tutor review that was not produced by you
• Reproduce or redistribute course content without our written permission
• Use our platform or communication channels in a way that is abusive, harassing, or unlawful
• Attempt to access or interfere with parts of our platform not intended for your use

We expect learners to engage with the material honestly and to submit their own work. Submissions should reflect your own understanding and effort.

All Course content — including text, code examples, exercises, and worked examples — is the intellectual property of Bestari Tech unless otherwise stated. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Course content for your own learning during the enrolment period.

Work you produce during a Course — your submitted exercises and projects — remains yours. Bestari Tech may use anonymised, de-identified excerpts from submitted work to illustrate common approaches or misconceptions in future course material, unless you request otherwise.

All course fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are payable in full prior to the course start date. Fees are as stated on our website at the time of enrolment.

Refund Policy: If you request a withdrawal before course material for Week 1 is released, you are entitled to a full refund. After course material becomes available, fees are non-refundable except where we are unable to deliver the Course as described. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected].

We reserve the right to adjust fees for future cohorts. Enrolled learners are not affected by price changes after enrolment is confirmed.

Completion records: A completion record is issued upon satisfactory completion of the required course components, including submitted exercises or projects. Bestari Tech completion records are issued by Bestari Tech and carry no external accreditation unless otherwise stated.

Course duration: Course material remains accessible for the stated course period. Access after that period is at our discretion and cannot be relied upon.

Prerequisite responsibility: Learners are responsible for accurately assessing their own prior knowledge against stated prerequisites. We provide guidance on request, but enrolment decisions are ultimately yours.

Schedule changes: We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to course scheduling or content structure. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled learners in advance.

Our courses are provided to support learning. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Outcomes from course study depend on individual effort and prior knowledge and will vary between learners.

Course content is provided in good faith and is updated before each cohort, but we cannot warrant that all content is free of error or that it remains current after the date of delivery. The field of AI development changes; some technical details may become outdated during or after a course.

Our website and platform are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bestari Tech's total liability to you in connection with any Course shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that Course.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our courses or platform, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on course content.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Course if you breach these Terms, including by sharing access credentials, reproducing content without permission, or engaging in misconduct.

You may withdraw from a Course at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7. Withdrawal does not entitle you to continued access to course material.

Sections 6, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. We commit to responding to complaints within 10 working days.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bestari Tech regarding your use of our services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a successor entity.
